GBH and TechShield Services, our technical support division, offers clients their robust support solutions including project design, installation, and 24/7 technical support services. Von Bedikian

President and CEO

Von started GBH in 1986 to provide Enterprise clients with cutting edge collaboration solutions designed to enhance productivity and improve customer service. As the company grew over the next 28 years, Mr. Bedikian and GBH became synonymous with providing innovative tools including Unified Communications, Video Conferencing and Managed Services. In 2005, he created TechShield Services an award winning technical solutions team dedicated to creating, installing and managing collaborative Telepresence systems, infrastructure equipment and complex Audio/Visual solutions.

Jose De La Paz

Chief Operating Officer

Jose joined GBH in September 2014 and brings with him a deep knowledge of the telecommunications, video collaboration, networking and managed services industry. As COO, he oversees and plans all aspects of the firms operational policies, business development, and technical initiatives.  Jose has over 15 years of experience in technology and has served in leadership roles in respected organizations like, British Telecom, Infonet and InternetConnect. His expertise will provide GBH Communications with an opportunity to develop deploy and provide additional products and services for clients in the future.

Paul Velusamy

Vice President, Marketing

Paul is an experienced, revenue-centric marketing and product management executive with a passion for driving business and product strategy with out-of-the-box marketing and customer acquisition strategies. His 20+ years of experience spans startups and Fortune 500 companies where he has held leadership roles in successfully transforming marketing organizations. Paul has been instrumental in development and launch new services, enterprise software and SaaS solutions at industry leaders, including Lockeed Martin, Sun Microsystems, ClearChannel and Vaau.

Jay Stephenson

Director, Cloud Solutions

Jay Stephenson is our Director of Cloud Solutions. In his role, he is responsible for helping drive our sales strategy and market awareness for the Cloud Connect, Monitor and Traffic Shaping offerings.

Jay has over 20 years of experience developing and driving strategic partnerships and sales strategies around emerging technologies. He is an accomplished professional with a strong aptitude for Consultative Sales, Global Alliances and Business Development. Areas of knowledge and expertise include Hybrid-WAN/SD-WAN, Application Performance Management, Cloud, Analytics, IoT/Big Data, Customer Experience Management, Mobile / Wireless Technologies, Revenue Management, Network Management, Unified Communications and Collaboration.
